Refund Policy

At Flywing Travels, we value our customers' satisfaction and strive to provide exceptional travel planning services. We understand that circumstances may change, and we want to ensure that our refund policy is fair and transparent. Please review the following refund policy:

Cancellation by the Customer:

If you need to cancel your travel consultation before 24 hours of the scheduled appointment, you are eligible for a refund.

No Show:

If you do not show up for your scheduled travel consultation without prior notice, you will not be eligible for a refund.

Rescheduling:

If you need to reschedule your travel consultation, please notify us at least 48 hours before the scheduled departure. We will make every effort to accommodate your new preferred time.
Rescheduling requests made within 48 hours of the scheduled departure may not be guaranteed and could be subject to availability.

Consultation Services:

In the event that you are dissatisfied with the travel consultation services provided, please contact us within 7 days of the consultation date to discuss your concerns. We will make reasonable efforts to address any issues and provide a satisfactory resolution.

Refund Processing:

Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 7 business days of receiving your refund request.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the consultation.

Exceptions:

In exceptional cases, such as force majeure events or situations beyond our control, we reserve the right to modify or adjust our refund policy accordingly. Any such changes will be communicated to affected customers.
